DC Pension and Financial Wellbeing Member Survey 2018
This year, we have extended our annual DC research beyond employees’ pensions and examined their current financial health as well as their expectations for retirement. What we have found is compelling. On the whole, employees are optimistic about their finances, but their perceptions and reality often do not match up. The full survey will be available later this month; in the meantime, you can download a copy of the survey summary.

New visions of retirement
Retirement was once a big bang date at which you stopped work completely, but Aon’s latest research shows that the majority of individuals no longer expect this to be the case. What challenges does this present for employers and pension schemes, and how should they respond? Steven Leigh investigates in this article, first published in PMI News.
