Cancellation period: All full-day/half day seminars If you cannot attend a seminar and notify us as least 10 working days in advance, you can nominate a substitute delegate to attend in your place, or transfer to the next course at the same venue.
If you cancel more than 10 working days before the seminar date, we will refund you the cost of the seminar.
We regret that we cannot offer any refund or transfer if you cancel less than 10 working days in advance of the seminar date.
In the event we have to cancel a seminar, we will offer a full refund or transfer to the next course at the same venue.
Cancellation period: PMI (APT) 2 day seminars If a delegate place is cancelled after receiving the reading material your company will be charged 50% of the total seminar cost.
We regret that we cannot offer any refund or transfer if you cancel less than ten working days in advance of the seminar date and your company will be charged 100% of the seminar cost.
